Week Five Completed...

I finished out the month with 5 workouts a week, 25 workouts for the month. I did not turn in my workout calendar in time to Another Mother Runner, but, I still completed the goal! :)

My last workout was on the elliptical for  21 minutes, 3.50 miles. I forgot to snap a picture....

Here is a summary of week 5.


Fifth Week Completed- 5 workouts, 13 miles.
