I did it, I finally ran 3 miles, again...was it easy, no. It has been hard working back up. Seems my mind just isn't in it, but I know I want it. I know I want to run. I know I want to build a base of 6 miles, even when not training for a half, etc. Maybe I need a new playlist, maybe I need cooler temps, or maybe I need more running partners. I know I enjoy running with my husband, but, we can't always go together. But, let me say, I am proud that I finally ran 3 miles...I can start my weekly training next week :)
